Appointments
Our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Patient appointments are from 8:30 to 3:30. This allows us to offer early morning appointments and after school appointments. These are our two most popular time slots.
Each appointment is scheduled to allow the physician the appropriate amount of time to perform the specific examination or procedure each patient requires. This keeps our office running on schedule the majority of the time. However, every situation is different and there are times when a patient will require more of her time than anticipated. In these situations we ask for your patience and understanding. You never know when you will require extra attention, and you will appreciate the kindness of you fellow patients in your time of need. In the event of delays, our staff will keep you apprised of irregularities in the schedule. We are aware that your time is valuable, and we will try to work with your schedule to make alternate arrangements if needed.
In an effort to provide expedient services to all patients, we ask that patients reschedule if they forsee arriving 15 minutes or more beyond their scheduled time. It is also very important to be specific when scheduling your appointment. Explaining the type of problem or procedure you are scheduling will help our staff block the appropriate amount of time for you. This will help prevent needless delays for other patients and you.
If you are new to our practice, we suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork, or you can download our patient forms and complete them prior to your arrival. Be sure to bring your insurance card and a photo ID.
