Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a superficial exfoliating facial that removes dead skin cells, as well as vellus hair known as peach fuzz.

Dermaplaning uses a sterile, surgical blade that gently and safely glides across the skin. This manually removes dead skin as well as peach fuzz.

Anyone who wants a no downtime facial treatment! This treatment will leave your skin soft, smooth and glowing.

None! There is zero downtime with this treatment.

Instantly! This facial gives you instant smooth glowing skin.

Approximately 4 weeks.

There is no preparation required before a dermaplane facial, however if you are more dry or sensitive/reactive we recommend discontinuing any retinoids or exfoliants three days prior to your dermaplaning treatment.

There is essentially no downtime with this treatment, and all normal skincare/activities can be resumed as well as makeup in most cases. If you are more dry/sensitive, you may want to discontinue exfoliating products for 2-3 days afterwards. As always we do recommend medical grade skin care and a mineral SPF daily to enhance your results.

Unlike at home dermaplaning that uses a razor to just remove hair this treatment actually removes vellus hair as well as dead skin for a deep exfoliation.

Anyone with dull dry skin, wanting to refresh their skin or anyone that would like to remove peach fuzz.

If you are currently experiencing any active inflammatory skin conditions such as an acne flare, rosacea flare or eczema flare you would not be an ideal candidate for dermaplaning.
