When sebaceous glands are signaled by changing hormone levels, they produce sebum which often gets clogged in skin pores causing inflammation and red discoloration. The Hollywood Acne Peel helps unclog pores and exfoliate skin to reduce the sebum and inflammatory acne. During the Hollywood Acne Peel, a carbon lotion is applied to the skin like a mask.
