• Discontinue retinoids and other exfoliating products at least three days beforehand unless instructed otherwise
• Report any allergies or previous reactions to topical products
• Tell your provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Report any active rash, infection, sunburn, open wound or significant irritation
• Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, oils and self-tanning products when possible

DiamondGlow should not be performed on compromised skin, including skin that is sunburned, chapped, irritated, broken, actively weeping or affected by an active cold sore.

How should I care for my skin afterward?

Freshly exfoliated skin may be more sensitive after treatment.

• Apply an approved moisturizer
• Use broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher on exposed areas
• Limit direct sun exposure
